Consent to Personal Data Processing
By providing personal data through personal data collection forms placed on the site https://www.laimalux.com/ and the subdomain https://test.laimalux.com/ (hereinafter — the “Site”), the personal data Subject, by their own free will and in their own interest, gives their informed consent to the processing, including the collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage (clarification, updating, modification), use, transfer, depersonalisation, blocking and destruction of their personal data on the basis of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006, to the LAIMA-LUX group of companies, including the following Operators:

LLC TIME SERVICE (ООО «ТАЙМ СЕРВИС»), INN 7729521798, registered and actual address: 109316, Moscow, Volgogradsky Prospekt, 42, bldg. 23, part of premises No. 12 (No. 12A), registration number in the register of operators processing personal data: No. 77-22-028665 (pd.rkn.gov.ru). (hereinafter — the “Operators/Operator”) for the following purposes:
1. For all Site Users
- Providing the User with access to the Site and the information contained on it;
- Registration of the User on the Site;
- Identification of the User registered on the Site for further authorisation and other actions within the use of the Site;
- Providing the User with access to personalised Site data;
- Subject to separate consent, sending the User information about goods (services) offered by the Operator, bonus events, promotions, etc. held by the Operator, as well as advertising and any other promotion of the Operator's goods (services) on the market by direct contact with the User, if the User has given separate consent by ticking the relevant checkbox on Site forms (including at registration);
- Provision by the Operator of customer support to the User.
2. For Subscribers
- Sending informational messages about goods (services), sending information about goods (services) offered by the Operator, bonus events and promotions held by the Operator, as well as advertising and any other promotion of the Operator's goods (services) on the market by direct contact with the Subscriber.
3. For Buyers
- Identification of the Buyer registered on the Site for further authorisation, order placement and other actions;
- Establishing feedback with the Buyer, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of the Site, the provision of services and the processing of requests and applications from the Buyer;
- Performance by the Operator of obligations to sell and/or deliver to the Buyer the goods placed on the Site and selected by the Buyer, including by sending service messages;
- Conducting audits and other internal research, including surveys and studies aimed at identifying satisfaction (dissatisfaction) with the Operator's goods (services), in order to improve their quality.
Categories of personal data
Personal data means any information of a personal nature making it possible to identify the personal data Subject, such as:
- surname, first name, patronymic;
- gender;
- contact phone number;
- e-mail address;
- position;
- education information;
- IP address;
- cookies.
Storage and processing
The personal data of the Subject is stored exclusively on electronic media located on the territory of the Russian Federation and is processed using automated systems, except where non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with legal requirements.
Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not transfer received personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
- upon requests from authorised state authorities of the Russian Federation, only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- to strategic partners working with the Operator to provide products, goods and services to the personal data Subject, or those that help the Operator provide products, goods and services (such as delivery services, banking services provided on the Site and necessary for order payments, etc.). The Operator provides third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary only for the provision of the required service or completion of the necessary transaction.
The personal data Subject consents to the Operator interacting with them using the contact personal data they have provided, for the purposes specified above.
Validity and withdrawal
The consent of the personal data Subject to the processing of personal data is valid until the day of its withdrawal.
The personal data Subject confirms that they have read the description of the consent withdrawal procedure set out in the Privacy Policy.
